I hereby give my consent that ManpowerGroup may process my personal information according to the identified purposes. I am aware of the fact that information will be disclosed to clients and others, as listed below. The information is provided voluntarily and I have been made aware of my rights according to General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU).

ManpowerGroup cares about the protection of your personal information. We are committed to processing your personal information in accordance with our Data Privacy Principles and Data Privacy legislation. We collect and process sensitive personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU),only with your consent or in situations where we have to meet legal obligations. Below we describe the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it with and the measures we take to protect the information.

How we use the information we collect:

We collect and process your personal information as necessary:

(I) to establish and maintain an employment or staffing/placement relationship with you.

(II) to assess your suitability for a position or task, to notify you of relevant opportunities, provide you with training opportunities and career transition services, and arrange employment or assignments for you.

(III) for the performance of our master vendor relationships, on-site management services and outsourcing arrangements.

(IV) to tell you about other services that we provide.

(V) for the business risk management, resolution and defence of legal claims and actions, compliance with court orders and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

(VI) maintain human resources administration including conditions, wages, tax-related information, time sheets, performance management etc.

(VII) sending out surveys and competitions.

Information we share

The personal information you provide us, may be disclosed to all entities in the ManpowerGroup organization, vendors who work on our behalf, suppliers who may assist us in candidate placement, to clients, both domestic and abroad, and where we are otherwise required to do so, such as by court order. In each case, ManpowerGroup has taken steps to ensure that all information transferred receives an adequate legal of data protection.
