Our social responsibility

We want to show that it is humanly possible to implement changes and at the same time create new opportunities and better jobs. Through our knowledge and expertise, we find innovative solutions for tomorrow's labor market.

We believe that all people have the right to a job - and we do more than just talk about it.

Every year, we help approximately 20,000 people in Sweden to find employment. Our social commitment can be measured by the imprint it gives in society and our efforts in the labor market are positive both for the individual and for business.
