– Serve as the primary liaison between customers and senior leadership, ensuring alignment of expectations.
– Provide strategic insights to internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
– Lead customer negotiations regarding scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
– Identify and resolve conflicts between internal priorities and customer expectations.
– Ensure consistent communication and reporting between customers and internal stakeholders.
– Drive post-project reviews to gather feedback and implement continuous improvements.

– Approve strategic project adjustments to meet changing customer needs.
