PLM Technical Lead

In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on delivering best-in-class Enterprise System support within ERP, PLM and Digital Manufacturing softwares to the entire organization. The department’s area of responsibility includes everything from system infrastructure all the way to first-hand support. As a PLM Technical Lead, your mission will be to oversee the Product Lifecycle Management systems at Koenigsegg. This role ensures the smooth operation and efficiency of PLM tools and processes, and supports the Engineering and Manufacturing teams by providing technical expertise and leadership. As Technical Lead, you will also handle the technical communication and collaboration with PLM vendors and external partners. The big picture is all in the details. Main responsibilities - Lead the implementation, configuration, upgrades and maintenance of PLM systems - Plan and prioritize work for the PLM team at Koenigsegg, consisting of CAD/PLM support roles - Collaborate with other teams cross-functionally to integrate PLM with other Enterprise Systems - Provide technical guidance and support to users and stakeholders - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM system capabilities As part of the PLM team, you will be working at our main production site in Ängelholm, Sweden and report directly to the Enterprise Systems Manager. Since you will be working in a support function, it is also important that you are service-minded and analytical in your ability to handle the internal stakeholders you will be working with. Main requirements: - Educational background in Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent work experience - Extensive experience within the PLM domain - Knowledge and experience of CAD & PLM workflows and methodologies - Experience or familiarity with CATIA/DELMIA/ENOVIA within 3DX - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead people and manage projects within PLM Application Please apply as soon as possible as we will read applications and select candidates as they come in.
