Business IT Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and driven Business IT Analyst to join a team focused on Access Management within a CAD/vPDM system. The role involves ensuring that system information is accessible to various user categories across multiple countries, adhering to predefined conditions. These conditions are guided by information owner requirements, organizational information security policies, legal frameworks, and export control regulations.

The primary responsibility is to understand user needs and access regulations, document and communicate requirements effectively to the team, and collaborate to develop suitable solutions. Additional tasks include testing functionalities, creating educational materials, and preparing user instructions to support the system’s adoption and compliance.

This position operates within a cross-functional team comprising a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, System Architects, and other professionals. Close collaboration with global stakeholders, system suppliers, and internal teams is essential. The team employs an agile framework, planning work in structured cycles to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.

In addition to the Business IT Analyst role, responsibilities include acting as Scrum Master and stepping into the Product Owner role during periods of absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Fluency in Swedish and English.

– Strong ability to analyze and document user needs and system requirements.

– Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:

– Background in access management and IT security within large, global organizations.

– Familiarity with export control regulations.

– Knowledge of CAD/vPDM systems, such as CATIA v5/3DX or similar tools.

– Experience with product development processes, particularly within engineering contexts.

– Previous experience in Catia/Enovia system or method development.

– Proven expertise in Business IT Analyst and Scrum Master roles.

– Competence in agile methodologies and iterative planning.
