Technical Project Manager to Saab Järfälla

Your Role We are looking for one or more Technical Project Managers who will play a key role in the development of world-leading signal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical part of one or more exciting projects, developing systems for use in air, land, and sea domains. You will be part of a fun and dynamic team with an informal and open culture, where we apply an open-door policy. As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for the technical part of significant customer contracts within Programs Electronic Surveillance. You will manage a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, line managers, project teams and other key personnel. The role also involves travel, sometimes at short notice, both nationally and internationally, to our customers and within the company. Your Profile We expect you to have a solid technical background with at least 5 years of experience in project management, integration, or product development. Preferably within Electronic Warfare systems. Leadership experience is an advantage, and you should feel confident in a leadership role where you inspire and engage others. Experience with Signals Intelligence Systems is also a plus. You are someone with a broad perspective and the ability to manage the parallel demands of projects. You are structured and results-oriented, with strong technical and systems thinking skills. You can act quickly when needed and enjoy tackling challenges. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and you actively seek out information to stay updated. You have an analytical and attentive mindset, combined with self-awareness and a genuine interest in personal development. Additionally, you are eager to develop both your technical expertise and leadership skills, which will be enhanced by a solid understanding of Saab's product portfolio within electronic warfare. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
